re-write Linda diet report

LINDA DIET

I come from Northeast of China, in some ways, my diet is similar to others in my hometown. Fist of all, the 

people who lived in Northeast are easy to eat a large proportion of meat, fish and chicken and drink wine at 
every meal due to our special cool weather. However, it is the best for me to have variety food everyday. In 
addition, the most important thing is that I must restrict the number of calories and fat when I eat. Therefore it's 
necessary for me to keep healthy diet.  Here is my diet diagram in the past three days. In this report, I will 
describe three aspects of my diet and why I believe my diet is healthy.

The diagram below is an analysis of my diet.

Consume a lot 
  1. Fruits and vegetables. It is traditional for me to eat some fruits after every meal to stay healthy. Sometimes  I eat nothing in the dinner except fruits such as bananas, apples, pineapple, oranges, and grapefruits which have abundant of Vitamin. The next, I consume a lot of vegetables for lunch. But in America, I only can eat salad because of there isn't Chinese food such as fried dish. I think it is more healthy to eat cooked vegetable than salad.
  2. Dark coffee and green tea. Every morning I drink a cup of green tea when I weak up due to it has an impact on my skin and eyes health.Then after rich meal I like to drink dark coffee, because it is good for me to get in shape and control heart disease.
  3. Tuna sandwich. Actually, I substitute porridge for tuna sandwich. As a matter of fact I used to eat porridge and bread for my breakfast; in contrast I can't eat every morning in America because of  I have classes at 8:30 from Monday to Friday. As well as tuna fish is my favorite and I enjoy making sandwich.
Eat less
  1. Red meat. In my hometown, pork is the most popular meat for domestic dinners, we usually have barbecue and fired dishes. Another are pieces of beef and sheep when we have hot pot. Nonetheless, on Campus dinning hall there are no dishes like what I like to eat, this is why I eat less fried beef, not only is bad flavor but also has higher calories.
  2. Sweets. I prefer to eat a little sweets after meal as the sweets can make me relaxed and have a good emotion in the afternoon. Hence I have to restrict the portion, by the same token, it is the worst stuff for me to get in shape.
  3. Rice. In fact my favorite main food is rice and it is our traditional food.  My hometown rice, it is more delicious than any other countries and include low fat and some protein. For these reasons if I can't have my hometown rice, I abandon rice here.
Avoid
  1. Coke. Since I decided to lose my weight I didn't consume a lot of coke even ZERO FAT. Because there are a lager potion of surge, calories and fat. In fact zero fat coke also has high calories too. 
  2. Ice-cream. There are a lot of chemical ingredients as colorant and flavor in most ice-cream which is unreliable and unhealthy for me, so that I stop eating it. 
In the past three days I consume more fruits, vegetables and tuna sandwich which all contain good nutrition and Vitamin; less read meat, rice and sweets which include high calories and fat. The most important thing is I didn't consume coke and ice-cream to stay healthy and lose weight . As an illustration I believe that my diet is healthy.
